My name is Elaine Morneau, and my journey to a vegan lifestyle began in a place of love, concern, and hope. When my child faced health challenges, I found myself searching for anything that could bring healing, comfort, and vitality. I was ready to explore any new paths if they offered a chance for continued wellness. Little did I know that this journey would change not only my child’s life but mine as well.

It was my daughter, Natasha, who introduced me to the world of veganism. Through her guidance, encouragement, and understanding of plant-based nutrition, I began discovering how the right foods could support the body in powerful ways. She shared her delicious vegan recipes thru her catering business. What started as a mother’s quest to support her child’s health blossomed into a profound personal transformation. I realized that a vegan diet didn’t just offer physical benefits—it brought a sense of purpose, compassion, and connection to something larger.

As I learned, cooked, and explored this new lifestyle, I became passionate about sharing what I had discovered with others. These vegan cookbooks are the culmination of that journey.
